HR Operations Support (16 hrs.)

At Stellantis Financial Services, we’re looking for a HR Operations Support to strengthen our HR team. In this part-time role (16 hours per week, office-based), you will support our HR Manager and help ensure that our HR administration, payroll coordination, and employee processes run smoothly.

You will be the go-to person for many operational HR topics and play an important role in creating a reliable and positive HR experience for our employees.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting onboarding, offboarding, leave administration and sickness absence

• Keeping employee data up to date in systems such as Workday, ADP and pension portals

• Supporting recruitment processes and coordinating interviews

• Preparing HR documents such as employment confirmations and agreements

• Answering HR-related questions from employees and supporting the HR Manager

• Contributing ideas for process improvements and smarter HR solutions

What we’re looking for

• Around 1 year of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration or similar

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communicator

• A proactive mindset and the ability to think creatively about improving processes

• Comfortable working with different stakeholders

• Fluent in English and Dutch
